Overview

Conduct on-site investigations and certification surveys on behalf of CMS and the State Survey Agency to ascertain whether an Acute and Continuing Care provider or supplier meet applicable requirements for participation in the CMS programs and meet state licensure requirement

Requirements

Min. 2 years working as a RN
Frequent overnight travel within KS
Active Federal Survey ID Number is a plus
Ability to adapt to working in various settings
Ability to work independently and as a team

Health Facility Surveyor Quality Assurance Reviewer-Hybrid/Remote

starting @ $45.00/hr

Overview

Conduct a thorough review of surveys post write up to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ensure all necessary documentation is included
Ensure all evidence is present to either substantiate or non-substantiate a claim
Collaborate with survey team as needed
Stay up-to-date on regulations and standards of CMS
Mostly remote

Requirements

Min. 2 years working as RN
Exceptional survey writing abilities
Active Federal Surveyor ID Number
Previous experience QA reviewing for health facility surveying
