About us

Our story

2019: Amber Copeland and Kearsti Conner met while working together at their previous job, where Amber served as Sales and Marketing Director and Kearsti was Nursing Director and later transitioned to Executive Director.
Working closely in their roles they quickly formed a bond rooted in a shared goal for improving the industry standard for healthcare workers.
2021: Through countless discussions, brainstorming and unwavering determination Copeland and Conner Healthcare Staffing emerged.
Services were centered around providing PRN and contract nursing staff to facilities needing staffing assistance in Kansas.
2023: C&C made a significant shift in focus by prioritizing securing state agency contracts throughout the US allowing the company to branch out of Kansas.
2024: C&C expanded its services to include consulting and chart auditing for health care entities.
