From the beginning
What started as a conversation between two colleagues with a shared vision turned into a mission-driven business focused on improving healthcare compliance and quality.
In 2019, Amber Copeland and Kearsti Conner met while working together—Amber leading Sales and Kearsti as Nursing Director. Their mutual passion for raising the industry standard for healthcare workers sparked a bond that quickly grew into something more.
By 2021, their vision became a reality with the launch of Copeland and Conner Healthcare Staffing, providing PRN and contract nursing staff to healthcare facilities across Kansas.
In 2023, the company shifted focus to partnering with state agencies nationwide, securing contracts to help fulfill CMS-mandated health facility surveys.
By 2024, C&C rebranded to Copeland and Conner Survey Solutions & expanded services to include survey ready consulting, offering healthcare facilities the guidance they need to meet compliance requirements efficiently and effectively.
Today, we’re proud to support our partners with experienced surveyors, expert consulting, and practical solutions to improve healthcare quality across the U.S.
